Returns & Refunds policy

Cancellations for cause need approval by Hardball PR before being issued. Our standard policy is No Refunds. Roster spots are limited. Once you reserve your spot, it is no longer available to another player. Cancellations may not be able to be filled. If you are concerned, contact us for more information.
